This used to be a great establishment 4 years ago. But now my food orders and wait times are atrocious even when ordering ahead of time. I usually get a small party tray($60) but decided to get the large party tray ($120 with tax); And It Was The Same Amount Of Food!! And when I called the owner said that was the actual amount; no accountability. I was Scammed!
Honey Kaz almost always is a miss. I dont know which time to share. Should I share the time they gave me burnt food, the time they had a rude person at the front desk, or the time I received cold food and the wrong order. The only time I went back because my friends chose to visit. I was done after the first disappointment. If you're not ready to hire serious people and give food worth eating then why open an establishment just cook from your house and have your friends tast it. Do not recommend.
I have had the food many times. The food is outstanding. No BBQ chicken on Sundays. The customer service and the order timing is atrocious. If they tell you 2pm, the food will be ready at 5pm.
